How long does it take to prepare a succession plan?
The entire process usually takes from 4 to 7 months. It can't be done in a week because succession is not just about documents, but also about conversations with children and employees. We operate in stages so the company doesn't experience downtime.
Do I have to involve the whole family right away?
You don't have to. Initially, we meet only with you to understand your vision. Only when we establish clear rules of the game do we move on to joint talks with successors. Everything takes place without stress or arguments.

We prepare a Plan B. This could be hiring an external director or preparing the company for sale while retaining shares for the family. Assets stay in the family even if children take a different path.

When will you not take on an assignment?
Honestly? If you are just looking for a 'stamp' under a ready-made document without risk analysis, then we are not for you. We go deep into the numbers and the real relationships in your company. If we see errors, we tell you straight to your face.
