We have been operating in the local market for 7 years and know that trust is the basis of a family business. We treat your data as seriously as the protection of your assets. We do not transfer your data to third-party companies for advertising purposes. Everything stays with us, according to the principle that assets and important information should stay in the family. We use clear rules of the game and do not hide behind difficult legal terms.
What information do we collect and why?
We only collect the data you provide us in the contact form or when calculating the cost of an audit. Usually, this is your name, email address, and phone number. We only need them to prepare a quote within 4 business hours or schedule a 15-minute conversation about succession. Our site also uses simple cookies. They help us understand if our content about family foundations is clear to you. Server logs record your IP address only so the site functions without technical errors. We do not profile you and do not track your every step on the web. We focus on specifics needed to secure your company in Zabrze and the surrounding areas.
Your rights to information
You have full control over what happens to your data. At any time, you can ask for access to your information, its correction, or total removal from our database. If you filled out our audit calculator and then changed your mind – just write a short email. We will remove your application within 3 business days. We respect your right to be forgotten. Paper documents are kept in locked cabinets at our office on Wolności Street. We do not keep data indefinitely. If we do not establish permanent cooperation, we delete your data from forms after 12 months. In the case of managing a succession plan, we keep it as long as required by tax and legal regulations. We check numbers and procedures every quarter to be sure that nothing leaks outside. With us, security is a standard, not an empty promise.
